Doxy Lingerie ripoff stole my money Kalamazoo Michigan
Ordered from website on March 16, 2006. All items were stated "in stock." I received order confirmation immediately stating all instock items would ship "within 24-48 hours." My credit card was charged instantly. I have received no merchandise and I have yet to hear anything else from them. I have emailed twice and received no response. After little searching about doxy I now see tons of bad press regarding this company all over the internet. I most suprised as this is a "Yahoo" store. I contacted yahoo regarding above and they advised me to contact my credit card company to get my money back. I am now going to contact my credit card company to get a refund. Also, got phone number but it was disconnected (big suprise).

Still waiting after four weeks

I have received 3 of the five items I ordered still waiting on the rest. Have received two email confirmations of full order being shipped but did not recieve full order. I think this company has good products and prices but poor customer communication. They need to contact customers on a regular basis re: status of the order as the website informaion in incorrect. My items were to ship in 7 to 14 days and its been more than a month now. So once again: we will see.

Molly, you ordered one in stock item (of the 5 items you ordered). It clearly outlines on the website that non-stock items take 7-14 business days to ship. And your order shipped well within that time frame. Thank you.

Received email from doxy today (4/13) stating all items ordered have been shipped. Wow!!!! I am going to wait for delivery for my final assesment.
