I just received an email saying that Doxy Lingerie is refunding my money. I thank them for refunding my money so quickly. However, they need to seriously work on their website and customer communications. Nothing said my item was a non-stock item. No confirmation came, no receipt. I'm glad they are refunding my money, and hope they are better to their customers in the future.

Today, Doxy lingerie told me my item was a non-stock item and that it takes many days longer to mail. I have kept a print out of the item I ordered and it does not says its a non-stock item but it says it ships within 5-7 days. Doxy said they canceled my order but now they are saying I am slandering them. The only thing I have written is that they have not given me a receipt, not given me a confirmation, and not given me a product. I have also said that they are poor communicators, not to do business with them and that they have said something to me about the product that was not on the website when I ordered (I have the printout to show). I am completely appalled by this company. They have no respect for their customers.

This report is completely bogus. We responded to your email, and also pointed out that your costume was not indicated as being in stock. And that the website clearly outlines that non-stock items take 7-14 business days to ship. Your order would have shipped on Friday, but due to your unnecessary threats via email, we think it would be best to cancel this order effective immediately.
