Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Located in Las Vegas, I contracted with DP Print Services to print labels for some consumer products and deliver those labels to a 3rd party vendor in San Diego.

Several weeks prior to printing and delivery to the 3rd party vendor, DP insisted on a 50% down payment which I immediately submitted.  DP made a firm commitment to deliver at the vendor's place of business in San Diego and was well aware delay would cause great harm in meeting the final product "go to market" delivery schedule.

Several days prior to the guaranteed delivery date, I inquired if DP took credit cards; the reply was No!  No other alternate form of payment such as a wire transfer or PayPal was offered.

The night (9 pm) before the committed delivery date, I was sent a notice the labels were completed and an email demand for the remainder of the payment prior to shipping the order.  In other words, he insisted on a Cashier's Check be sent overnight (banks closed).  There was no way DP was going to deliver the labels on time as they did not have the
foresight to request payment earlier or provide an alternative method of transferring funds electronically.  Their business practices are in the stone age.

DP never requested a credit reference from me or a bank reference.  I don't know how they expected to get paid on the day of the promised delivery and make the delivery sinmultaneously.

However that was not my concern.  The fact is, DP chose to hold the labels hostage until I sent a certified check (which I
promptly did the next morning!) by overnight FedEx to compensate for their archaic business practices and poor judgement in not providing a method of electronic payment or requesting funds prior to the promised delivery date.
Even after receiving the certfied check by FedEx morning delivery, DP continued to hold the labels and not ship until the following day.  The net is the labels arrived 5 days later than the promised delivery date.

DP has certainly lost a customer here and likely one with the 3rd party vendor also who was on the receiving end of DP's sloppy business practices and cavalier disregard of delivery guarantees.

I would advise anyone not to do business with any firm, and especially DP Print Services,  that cannot or will not live up to
their delivery commitments to the detriment of customers' production scheduling.
