UPDATE , I have received a total refund from DPD pools , I think the Management and communication and customer service and web site needs to improve . I had to get the BBB involved and sent several e-mails to the President of DPD pools to get my refund , It is now A Holiday weekend , and I have 35 people coming over to swim ? but I still have no liner , because of the miss leading information given to me by DPD pools , they need to service the customers or at least communicate a real time line , you dont advertise something on a web site , just to get business , because you will lose more bussiness by not having good customer service , and not communicating with the customer , its called PPM , ( piss poor Management ) I would like to give them another chance to get my business , but not if I cant talk to a real person over the phone with a good phone number to communicate .
