I was hoping to avoid this report, sometimes communication with a company off hand is slow or bad. However after treatment, mis-listing, horrible service it just became to much.

This Company that portrays itself to be quite large has a problem answering 200 emails about the items they sell a day. They have no problem answering BEFORE they get your money but after good luck.

This is how it started. I won an auction of there's to purchase a laptop. I needed overnight shipping and noticed a listing error with the auction. I asked about these and before I paid I got a response on the listing error almost immediately. Then I paid and asked 4 times about Overnight shipping... finally got an answer from someone and was able to pay the extra. It took them 3 days from me paying for them to ship... WOW.

I wrote it off as a busy place things happen the product is what really matters. Well then I got the item. Screen was chipped, it had obviously been replaced and all the rubber feet removed which caused the chipped screen. The system had dents in the top plastics and the units DVD Drive was broke.

Now when I say a broken drive that sounds like something easy to see or maybe it was just not reading. No that's not the case it would not open when I hit the button so i thought maybe a disc was left in it and sticking up... much to my horror I find the DVD Drive is broken almost in HALF. It had small pieces holding it together or it would have fallen apart....

By now I am upset, I have sent my other laptop off (The reason I paid overnight in the first place) and I can see the problems getting worse. So I make contact and NOTHING. They ignore me... so I send another message and let them know again the issues. I let them know just to send me the parts and I will handle the labor and send the old parts back if need be. I make it clear this is now my main system and I can not be without it.

I am again ignored... So I file a Paypal Dispute and guess what... they answer when the MONEY gets taken from them. (Imagine that something they care about is gone now they care) They tell me they are sorry for the horrible service and offer to have me send mine in and send me another... they COMPLETELY IGNORED my messages. Then to make it worse this was a Friday when I heard from them finally. I was told I would hear more money, Monday a different person contacts me. I figure out this whole time I have talked to 3 or 4 different people no wonder NO ONE knows what is going on. I point this out and its another apology.

I again state the situation and how I am willing to cover the labor. If they do not have the parts we can buy them off eBay and go from there. They reply We will cross ship if you ship first... then we will email you our shipping...

So a company who has failed so far, has not paid any atten to my emails, who has misrepresented an item and only answered when it was in there best interests offers for me to be with nothing and hope they come through with the same item... I am to be put out for being a good customer, paying promptly and doing my part just as they wanted... because they are incompetent... Why?

To this they had no answer, they just told me that's all they could offer.

So seeing as I probably would not get any further I just decide Negative or Neutral Feedback is probably the best option and just do the cross ship.

I have two final BIG questions:

1) Will you be shipping to me Overnight as I paid for before to minimize my down time?

2) You ASSURE me this time it will be the same unit and everything will be right?

I got NO answer. I asked to much yet again.

Now I am not going to say i was nice in these emails, i let them know how I feel since I did what was requested of me and have been ignored or bounced around.

I let them know I was leaving feedback by the end of business and making this page tonight and they ignored me yet again. Then low and behold feedback is filed with a link to this web page and guess what they reply!

I had not even finished the page I was going to wait and see what happened with just the feedback.

I got this:

We have contacted you 12 times so far I would not say we have ignored you. We offer refund or exchange (He actually misworded it but I will save him the embarrassment) only. We are sorry your unreasonable but this is all I can do. However if you think your going to get your money back and keep MY item your in the wrong.

I feel like pulling my hair out at this point!! Who is taking responsibility for wrongs here??? Its certainly not DPV Inc, Computers, tech whatever they want to call themselves.

I have every email, everything I sent. At this point I let my Credit Card Company know the issue and they said they will handle it and let me know if they need ANY further information.

I do not want my money back, I just want the item I was promised. I offered to eat 200.00 in install charges for this request even though it was not my fault. However if I did this there would be a few hours of down time instead of days with this company's track record... But I asked to much.

Please be ware, this company will not care about you unless it affects the money they have. They only care about themselves and there personal money not those they service (Which they hardly even provide service for that matter).

So I started getting responses from another individual at the company named "Donn". I want to start off with the fact that Donn was the first time I felt someone not only read all my emails but was respectful, told me what he saw and understood though the situation I was now in. He made me believe that even though I needed to talk about how much this had bothered me that he understood and we could work out a solution. The one he offered would work for me. He would ship to me once I provide I had bought a shipping label to ship to him. this way I could see that at least SOMETHING had been shipped to me and we could go forward. So I replied with how I felt about all this, addressed some of the issues he mentioned and my sides of things and that I did think we could make this work. He had finally answered my question on if it would be sent overnight again, the answer was yes. I had one final question: "Can I get the specs to ensure were not going to have a problem here. I want to confirm the laptop I am getting is exactly the same as the one I have." For my question I got a new joy added to my life... a new person brought into the mix. They did not sign there emails again (Gee how nice I am talking to who knows again nice of you to come back into the conversation) and they went back to coining the phrases I had already heard and that were leading us back to no where. "We can not ship until we see proof you have shipped." ??!?!?!?!?!? How can I send proof if I send you my only laptop? How can I see your proof, cancel the claim as you requested in paypal anything if I do not have a laptop!!! Did you read my emails at all or the paypal dispute????!!!!!! My god it never ends is this some sort of tactic to wear the person down? Am I supposed to just give up? Well much to their surprise I am not only not giving up but I am giving my credit card company the go ahead that this seller and I could not come to an agreement in any fashion and I never want to deal with them again. Again for some reason knowing the prior conversations, knowing what your customer has already stated, knowing that your company caused this not the customer did not matter to them. They care about themselves and to those whom they may put out... all they can say is Oh well this is our policy. I paid on time, I did everything a good buyer is supposed to do and I have taken way to much grief over this companies Screw up. Yet for some reason I am supposed to take more. I wish I could say I hope they changed but after all this its obvious they have no intention of doing anything but being self serving... which is only going to hurt the next person who has a problem with them.
