Complaint Review: DR. A.H. Nezami M.D. - Jacksonville Florida

What does it matter where the anesthesiologist was from? sounds like you should have gone to dr klaman ya the one being sued by like 300 women right now for mal practice i think dr nezami may be a little out of your league. how does it feel to be judged by someone who knows absolutly nothing about you? ya didnt think so 

I have been a patient of dr nexamis and he is a complete artist and he exceeds his reputation. He is not only an caring man and talented surgeon, he also has amazing bed side manner and does everything by the book before during and after your surgery. I feel like family when I  walk into his office, which is located in one of the largest (if not the largest) hospitals in that side of jacksonville Baptist South. She acts like he did this in some back yard alley or rent by the hour motel. He cannot work miracles he does not have a wand He has to work with what he is given and some cases are better than others and get better results due to skin tone texture whether or not youve had children or smoke or listened to his pre and post op instructions to the T.

I was recommended to wear my garment for 3 months after my procedure as I too will be having abdomen and "love handle" lipo in February and I would not trust any other surgeon to even touch me let alone do surgery on me other than Nezami. The fact that this is the ONLY negative comment thats is posted over the last 31 years of practice speaks volumes about the talented artist that he is. His clients are his reputation so he wants them to look beautiful and most of all natural, He is a perfectionist and does not do it for the money. He has turned away countless clients because the number of procedures that they wanted were unsafe and due to his ETHICS (which a lot of plastic surgeons lack now a days ie. BOTCHED the tv show) and that means a lot to me. He actually turned away a pt who went to anoter dr and would up dead at 35 leaving behind a husband and children.

So you can slander his name and defame his charecter all you want, but any other patient that hes worked on will most likley disagree with you. I would never go to bat for anyone or even take time to fill out a stupid online comment but for him I will because I know how great he is and he is the one professional that I will go to bat for, because he is passionate about his work, he does things for the right reason and he follows the drs oath to not cause harm. I literally dread the day he retires and honestly that is why I am getting my procedures done now. I have already had my breasts done and they look amazing, no bruising, quick recovery and they looked better than I had hoped they would. He even made them more symentrical and match better than they did pre op.

Origionally I was scheduled for breast augmentation with another surgeon and the cost the other surgeon was going to charge me was a little lower than dr nexamis fee ,but because dr nezami didnt want me to be botched or un happy with the results i would have gotten from the other surgeon he honored the same fee for me,beacuse again its not about money for him. I had already put down a NON REFUNDABLE 500 dollar deposite with the other surgeon and was told about Dr Nezami by an amazing friend that wanted me to get the best care possible. She had seen over 4 Drs for consults regarding breast lift among other procedures and said that she was very impressed with dr nezami (which meant a lot because she too is a dr) after my consult with nexami I literally called and cancelled my apt with the other surgeon from Dr Nezamis office, because I would rather have an amazing person and experienced surgeon (31 yrs) and loose 500 dollars than have a breast augmentation that I would be un-happy with. The other doc wanted to put 475cc's in me im 5'5'' and weighed 110 lbs at the time I just trusted him and didnt know what the hell a cc was ,but dr nezami put 300 and 325 ccs because you can only go so large depending on the width of your frame/rib cage. The results were perky 32dd breasts, now 34 since i've gained 35 pounds.

So long story because im passionate about his work. Just do some research on him and you will see how amazing he is. its not the awards, magazine covers or tv appearances that impressed me. What impressed me most about him was the 2-3 large binders full of letters and thank you cards from patients thanking him for changing their lives. He doesnt only deal with cosmetic cases he also does reconstruction surgery after car accidents and breast cancer to name a few. LOVE his biggest fan and happiest patient. And for the un happy patient Im sure if she expressed her issues and the fact that she was un happy to dr nezami he would have tried to find a way to make it right,but instead of giving him that oppertunity she slanders his name instead. Lipo also works better on woman who have less fat to remove so i do not know your situation but not all cases are the same nor are the results every patient is different and has differnt issues ie elasticity of skin, childred or not, amount of fat, etc. I would have spoken with him first but that just me I give people the benefit of the doubt and a change to make it right before just bashing them on the internet but again ethics morals values compassion these are hard things to find in todays society..LOVE his biggest fan and happiest patient

I have been a patient of Dr, Nezami's for many years. There is no back room surgery. It is a Surgical Surgery Suite inside Baptist Hospital where he performs his Board Certified   Plastic Cosmetic procedures. He uses a independent anesthesiologist to care for his patients so he can devote his skilled time to your individual surgical procedure. Nurses in the area come to have their procedures done as they have worked side by side and seen his meticulous attention to detail. He is very careful and precise. A craftsman in his profession.

After surgery such as liposuction. Some people (patients) continue to drink alcohol, eat fatty foods, smoke, all the above would hinder the effects of someone's satisfaction. You develope new fat cells.

I have personally seen many beautifully sculpted woman by this Dr.'s skilled hands.

No falsification here, only a deeply trusted Physician found here.

P.S. The doctor that performed my anesthesia was also from his country so I don't doubt that she was in on it too.

It is hard to believe that you are only five pounds lighter after this procedure. And there were no marks made from it as well unless you have one of those new laser "fat blasting" procedures???????? I hope you have proof this procedure was even performed because you will need it IF you sue him for malpractice... Did you check him out with the Florida Medical Association before you had the procedure done? Is he even licensed to practice in Florida? In the USA? Is he a medical doctor? Usually, the Association will tell you if there have been any complaints against a doctor or not, for sure if they have been discplined, etc.. This is an elective procedure and you are supposed to have some sort of results! Is this guy even a specialist in bariatric or cosmetic surgery???? I would have checked this all out before he ever made an incision in me to get the fat out! If you can't tell any difference --and it usually takes a week or two depending to recover from lipo -- then get the proof that there was work performed on you, find an ETHICAL medical malpractice attorney, preferably one who has an MD and a JD degree with RN paralegal or two and then, be prepared to show damages...In your case, damage to your pocketbook might suffice but you need to ASK A LAWYER. BECAUSE THE WAY YOU DESCRIBE IT, YOU WERE RIPPED OFF! Now, what does the good doctor have to say?
