In July, I purchased two pairs of glasses.  I had some reservations about the size of the waiting area and the attitude of the staff, but let it go.  I picked out two very nice pairs of frames and was told that I could get the cheaper pair that day and it would take two weeks to get the more expensive pair that we purchased scratch-resistant, anti-reflective lenses for.

It did take a little more than two weeks to pick up the glasses, but they never called like they said they would.  I called after the 2-week time period was up and just had to keep calling.  Finally, I went directly to the store and lo and behold, they were there.

I was very careful (as I always am with things that cause $400+) with my glasses.  I used the approved microfiber cloth that they gave me, followed their directions, and kept them in the case when they weren't on my head.  After about two weeks of wear, I noticed a HUGE scratch on my left lens, right in my field of vision.  I thought it must be a smudge of fingerprint or something because nothing had happened to them (not dropped, bent, stapled, or mutilated in any way) and it was a HUGE scratch, relatively speaking.

We decided to take the glasses back to the store as they were supposed to be scratch-resistant (these are the lenses promoted for KIDS).  The CSR at the store basically told me it was my fault.  When I told him that I hadn't done anything to them, he asked me if I had used the microfiber cloth.  Yes, I had.  He said I had probably used it wrong.  I'm sorry, I spent that much money on glasses that can be scratched by a MICROFIBER CLOTH? Imagine what air or water could do.

We inquired about the 30-day guarantee that was posted everywhere.  Well, guess what?  That 30-day guarantee starts at the day of order, so if they take 29 days to make your glasses, you get 1 day to see if anything's wrong with them.  They offered to replace the obviously defective and useless glasses "as a courtesy", but were generally demeaning, condescending, and unhelpful.

I will not be buying anything else from them, ever.
