I suggest you first document all the stuff she did to you by taking detailed photos. Next call the medical board and register a complaint, medical boards take these complaints seriously. Next file a malpractice suit and sue for damages, you will need a good attorney. It sounds like she needs a good lesson and her medical license yanked.

Be glad she's not going to operate on you again. You don't want her to operate again. Even better, her admitting there is a problem, but refusing to attempt to fix it, opens the door for you to demand a refund. Or, you could sue her. She should be plenty willing to give you your money back in exchange for your agreement not to sue.
