I listed myself for child care services on Craigs list. Dr. Kelly as he refers to himself answered my ad . Said he had twin girls and had lost his wife recently. He also said he was looking for child care in my area for his daughters as he was coming to this area for a seminar , he wanted things finalized by June 30th. I was to begin caring for his kids as he refers to them, we communicated via email several times.

Then this morning 6/17/09 he emailed that he wanted my full name and address so that he could send me the funds to pay for things he was ordering for the kids to have here while I kept them. I was to cash in the check or money order and forward the funds to an unnamed woman at a store also unnamed and she would have all the items delivered to my home. I had asked him what kind of doctor he is and where the seminar was being held, but have not gotten an answer. I became suspicious and Googled his name and much to my dismay there he was first on the list.

I find it utterly appalling that someone would send pictures of 2 beautiful little girls and use them to scam someone out of their hard earned money. This man is no Father to any children as far as I am concerned. A real father would never use his children ( if they are his) in this manner. He is not a child of GOD in my point of view. More likely a child of SATAN. I sincerely hope he is found and convicted of his crimes , as I am sure this is not the only scam he is involved in. I do not believe this is his real name because I also found a Kelly Banks in Ontario who is with some sort of scouting org.

Especially on Craigslist. Check out the page they posted regarding scams. This example is for their "Autos/Trucks For Sale" page but the mechanics of the scam apply to this report as well. If the uRL is redacted, simply go to Craigslist, click on the Autos/Trucks For Sale" section and see the link regarding fraud at the top of the page. http://www.craigslist.org/about/scams
