Dr Lara's center for weight management HOW NOT TO RUN A BIZ saint Petersburg, Florida
WOW How rude can you be? go the the st petersburg office and find out they have two decent nurses who make it worth going they show they care about the clients, and fired the thrid woman who cared .I was really upset when I went in there and in front of clients a Nurse was told that to many people were requsting her and that made her look bad. We are now told we can no longer request her. I find this a horrible thing to do to her you would think that a manager would know if she is in demand she must be doing something correct?. Also when the other girl worked there she was reprenmanded in front of clients also. The blonde who greets people as they come in is so rude constantly says she can't find your chart or that you never signed in when you did. The short hair girl who works at the register is often rude and short tempered with people. The docor is ok but she makes people wait a very long time to see them and sometimes oyu only see her for 5 min so why wait an hour? I feel for the money we pay the should treat both clients and staff better
