There's many other qualified pediatric dentists in Spokane that are less expensive.

It was probably about a little over a year ago I was referred to Dr. Gunsaulis for my son. I had three choices to choose from she was one of them. Her office was the only one that had an opening during that time of year. When I had taken my son in he was scared because he did not like the dentist before. Now I can't get him to leave her office.
From point A the beginning they have been really nice. Janelle isn't the way you make her out to be she is awesome with my son. I like that Dr. Gunsaulis talks to the kids gently and very kind. It showed me she cares. When she gives me more than one option to choose from that is good because then I can choose which I would like best for my son.
What I like most about the people there is that they always remember me when I come in. They take the time to remember who you are instead of walking in to a place that you feel like you are still brand new there even though you have gone there for two years. They make a difference in how they treat the kids. They don't treat them like an adult and they take into consideration of the childs feelings.
With the sedation she gave us options before doing anything. She gave us the choice. She has never done anything without permission. She has always been good about that.
Just a question if you had only been there a few times then how would you know how she acts all the time. Maybe someone was having a hard day. Do you NOT have bad days. I know everyone has one some days.

I am a single parent of an 8 year old girl; Dr. Molly Gunsaulis was nothing but by the book when it came to my child dental care. I am on state help and I did not feel that she treated me any different. Her up to date office and modern technology is why I will keep going back. My question to you is how many people were in the office when you were discussing your information. I do not see in your story how she violated HIPPA; also most cases that require sedation have multiple teeth to repair. I took my niece there and the general surgery was the only way to go. She had 7 crowns and two baby root canal all done in one day. Why in the heck would I want to put her through five to seven appointments when in one hour they can get everything done while they sleep. Your story to me does not see correct, and the practice at the time was brand new and only had been seeing patients for a few months, maybe the billing was an error because the office was new. I have been taking my child and nieces there for over a year now and they have never had any problems. The children love her and even though I am have state help I never felt that I was being mistreated. The office is only one year old almost year and half, so the amount of patients at the time was probably less than 100. I feel your lack of information totally skews the view of this wonderful practice. It is a shame that people only read one side to a story. Again I would definitely recommend this dentist to any parent who wants clean, friendly, and the last technology on the market. She is wonderful and caring and I think everyone should give her a chance, I know I did and my child actually looks forward to the dentist, and most parents cannot say that. In addition it really is hard to find an educated and people friendly female dentist. In my mind, there is nowhere else I would rather take my child. That is why I would say to any and all parents give her a chance I know your child will love her just as much as my child has.
