Dr. Nancy C. Fisher Lumina ,cool sculpting, I'm out $1,575 and still have the same double chin I started with. Burlington Vermont
Did cool sculpting on my double chin. After two treatments i saw no difference and talked to technician many times. Of course the tech is only a go-between and can only do so much. The only time I ever saw or talked to Dr. Fisher was for the 10 minute consultation in which she told me i would be a good candidate and it would only take one treatment; 2 at the most.
Many phone calls were made by me to the office with weeks (up to 3+) before tech returned my call. Went in for pictures twice and was informed by tech that Dr. Fisher thought my procedure worked just fine.
The tech was great, very nice and professional. Dr. Fisher, not so much. When she was told that I wasn't happy she didn't have the courtesy to call me personally or have my calls returned in a respectful time frame. I'm very disappointed. $l,575 may not be a lot of money for Dr. Fisher, but it sure is to me. I see my face every day and there is no doubt that there is no change in my appearance; my double chin is stlil staring at me right in the mirror.
