Dr. Philip D Kramer English Bulldogs Scam alert on english bulldog sales Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria
I must say I did not lose any money to this man but came very close. He made me think that I had contacted a breeder in Michigan and she then refferred me to him. He was in need of a family to adopt his two english bulldog puppies because he had gone to Africa for work and they could not handle the weather. He played on the loss of a wife and his inability to properly care for the puppies. I was supicious the entire time and even emailed him a few times to back out stating that I was worried because I had read about many scams involving puppies and Africa. He then reassurred me and when I was about to back out if he would not ship me the puppies and go on faith that I would pay him when I recieved shipment. He dropped the price to me paying half $120 for shipping on both dogs and then trusting that I would send him the rest after recieving the puppies. This is were I began to feel he was legitamate. I felt he cared more for the dogs than the money. Trust me I did very in depth searches online looking even for the obiturary of his dead wife. I came up with nothing until... I typed in a search just for Philip Kramer english bulldog without the DR. in front of his name. I found on Ripoff Report that a man in North Carolina just went through the same thing a week ago with this man. Thank you Thank you... I was truly feeling bad for these dogs and was ready to wire the money this afternoon. BEWARE of this man... if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Thanks again.
