Dr. Richard Low, or Dr. Ricardo Mario Low of Argentina has a last name that suits him perfectly. He is about as LOW as a human being can possibly get. His national document number is DNI 7.668.410 and birthdate is 17/11/49 or November 11, 1949. A corrupt, scam artist that doesn't pay his employees, a tax evader in both Argentina and the USA and should be thrown in jail and all of his personal property confiscated and sold to pay all of the people, especially his employees that he has never paid their salary to.
He is nothing but a bottom feeder. He goes to Argentina to start all of these companies and when one of them accumulated too many lawsuits for non-payment, he files bankruptcy and starts another one. And then the ex-employees that he has fired for asking for their pay he blacklists them and calls their new employers to try and get them fired. He has more than 25 lawsuits filed against him and all of his scam companies he should ROT IN JAIL!!! We have gone to the tax authority in Argentina called AFIP to report him!!
