Dr Sam Lam He's pushy alright but can tell when you won't spend the $$$$ Plano Texas
Boy, I have to agree with so much of what I've read about Dr Lam. My first botox ever came from him 5 years ago and yes, I got the dreaded brow droop. It was awful. But he's now "learned" how to avoid it --- by giving more botox than you came for, upping what you expected to spend by about 100%, but it does work. I left him a couple years ago and went somewhere else... to a doctor who is NOT pushy and does not try fast talking you into spending more money on procedures you don't want or need.
However, as I said, I did go back to him after getting Dysport from this other plastic surgeon (who I like very much), but the Dysport did not agree with me. Dr Lam does not do Dysport (maybe to his credit) or it's a money issue where he doesn't make enough off it.
But one of my first times to Dr Lam he tried telling me how I could benefit from the fat transfer surgery (right! at 9 THOUSAND dollars). I let him know that, uh, No way was I doing that. So he stopped even bringing it up. I guess because I wasn't in there every 4 months getting botox and other fillers that he figured I didn't have the bucks so he wouldn't waste his breath trying to strong-arm me into it. But he sure tried at the beginning. I've also heard him praise himself to me for how great he is at what he does. It's almost comical (yes, like those glasses) the way he brags on himself. I have NEVER EVER heard a doctor do that and it's most bizarre. He's definitely not the most humble soul you'll ever meet and yes, I've thought to myself: He's a big money-grubber.

I am sure I'm the only patient from So.Dak. who's gone to doctor Lam. There are only about 8 of us in SD to begin with, and most are too busy dealing with snow to be running off to Dallas for Botox.
What I'm suggesting is that you're are farce, or a new iteration of an old one.
I trust you'll return if only to claim that was you just being ever so clever. (Work on schtick if that passes for clever on your planet, hmmm?)
Believe there are sorry people who will spend day in day out (or at least show up once a quarter, takes time to come up with new lies to lodge at a good doctor. You do know what the Bible says about all these lies you tell....I think it's called bearing false witness, what you're doing. You really need to stop. Times being what they are. Stop lying. Get a life. Do some good with your finite time on the planet. Volunteer. Do something for SOMEONE ELSE. And if you can't manage all that, why then just SHUT THE HELL UP and quit lying about people. You are probably not Christian, so I'll just go with y'all's favorite "KARMA". That's what you believe in, yes? Bad Karma gonna bite you in the a*s if you don't stop doing such ugly things all over the web.
