I find it very telling that Dr Carter did not respond to my email, nor did she respond to this complaint. There is nothing more than what I stated. Richard does not know the facts, and should stay out of it! Dr Carter is the only one who needs to respond--and since it's been more than 2 yrs, it's highly doubtful she will. She got my money, and doesn't care to make it right. Or else she would have responded by now.

I have no idea what actually happened between this person and Dr. Carter, I only know that since I've been her patient she has been nothing but professional. She has repaired a crown which did not hold up and has also repaired other work which was done by another dentist that had broken due to my own action. She has done this more than once at no charge. I have to believe there's more to this person's story than meets the eye. Dr. Carter's work has been prompt, painless and fairly priced.
