Draker Korrektur Per Draker Island Rentals Help! My Domain Name and Company Has Been Hijacked by my web designer! Bohol Internet
I rented a motorcycle to a guy from Denmark named Per Draker (Draker Korrektur)in July 2012. we became casual friends and he told me he was a web designer and could help me with my website. I agreed and gave him my passwords to my registarur wich was dot.ph and later i found out he had added himslef as co-owner and then went into my personal laptop when i wasnt there and got my personal email password as well without my knolage, he wrote to my registraur and pretended to be me, then (Hijacked) transfered the domain in his name.
Then he removed all my contact information off the website and replaced it with his own. Then mr Draker proceded to the place where i was storeing my (6) motorcycles and took all the paperwork, helmits and all the motorcycles then Changed all the paperwork into his name.He litterly wiped out my business Island Rentals!
Next, he wrote emails to my family in the USA stating i owed him money and told them i was a child molester and said horrable things about me that simply were not true and a total lie.
This guy Per Draker (Draker Korrektur) is not to be trusted! Especially if your renting a motorcycle or looking to get a website built or do business with him dont. He will steal it from you.
I have owned islandrentals.ph since december 2010 and now i have had to start over again except for my many contacts that have rented motorcycles from me in Bohol for the last 8 years!

As I expected ! Mr Draker Korrektur ! Alias Per Draker, continues his distorted, personal, fruitless, attacks on me. Par for him ! I'm not surprised, as the source of his attacks come from the mind of a sad, out of control, untalented, 60+, -8 English speaking, danish man, fired by me as a web designer for adding his name as co/owner to MY domain without my knowledge. Upon descovering his fraudulent activities, i erased his unauthorized changes, and changed the password to my domain Islandrentals.ph. DBA, and DTI CERTIFIED in NOV 2010-ISLAND MOTORCYCLE RENTAL . Domain primary name - MIKE RENTALS . Email within [email protected] See Per Draker in the above anywhere ? Not ! But sits in his account today ???? But maybe he has a document showing ownership transfer from me to him ??? Humm .. Let's see it ! His method of deceitfully fooling DOT.PH to transfer MY DOMAIN Islandrentals.ph from my account to his own ! He avoids to disclose. I NEVER authorized Draker or DOT.PH to make ANY CHANGES WITHIN the Domain (co/owners, contact numbers, or primary email ), and REJECTED verbally, and in writing, the transfer using the registered email with DOT.PH, at time of domain purchase Dec 2010, and renewal in 2012 . MATTER OF RECORD! But for some unknown reason? (At time of this writing), they transferred it anyway ! Knowing full well my objection ! All of these charges are documented. My advice to all is to NEVER buy a .PH. Just deal with USA REGESTORS . And stay with the .com. DOT.PH in Manila ? NEVER! Mr Korrektur, feels he is above the law here in the Philippines. Lie, steal, throw his little childish fits when he does not get his way, etc. He would be reminded he is only a guest on a tourist visa here in the Philippines, and Fraudulent behavior is NOT tolerated and punishable by deportation, or even prison! To all the decent people who read this .. RIPOFFREPORT.COM was created to help people who have been ripped off by company's or people. It allows us to report it on the World Wide Web to warn others so they hopefully will will not fall victim to these criminal vampires! So read DRAKERS REBUTAL and ask yourself this question ! Tough accusations that you are publishing to the World, Mr. Mike Taylor, Bohol ......:-)
I assume, that you have valid and bulletproof evidence of your allegations of theft and fraud against me.
So my friendly advice to you would be ASAP to contact the local police and/or file a case against me. You know where I live. I am confidently awaiting your warrant.
If you should happen to be short of evidence I kindly inform you, that you according to my lawyer are leaning close up against a charge of Defamation of Character and of intentionally harming my business and reputation. I intend accordingly to follow the advices given by him in this matter. His evaluation is in process.

I can not help to wonder, if you REALLY has come so far in your efforts to justify your own mistakes and miserable life, that you start to believe your own lies and excuses.
If you have any legal claim against me or want to discuss business matters - why did you never come to discuss it face to face? My door is open.

Explain to the World what happened to my investment in Island Rentals. Explain to the World what happened to the private loans I granted you. And explain how you handled what was supposed to be common company assets, when I was absent due to illness.

And explain to the World, why your beloved family in the US including your children did not send you even a post card, when you "celebrated" your 70th year´s birthday. A shame your dead mother can not any longer tell the truth. But at least your own sister reveiled to me, what happened to your mother´s savings.

You tell that you at an age of 71 stands with virtually nothing - do not blame anybody but yourself. I am not responsible for you wasting your whole miserable life. Of course I never stole anything from you. And you know it!

The pizza guy in Baclayon told me, that you now declare to have 18 bikes on 3 islands. I am stunned - very impressive and fast recovery after all the pain you suffered. Do you have registration papers and reciepts for all those nice bikes? Or is it just another lie ....?
I have through a common friend suggested you a mediated and guarded meeting on neutral ground, where you can repeat your allegations and demands against me. I am more than ready to face them. I do also have a few questions I would so much like to ask you ......
But you did not reply to that suggestion, and somehow I have the feeling, that you will never show up at such a meeting ......Facing the truth would be too hard for you ....:-)
