Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is the first part of the whole mess. I put $200 toward the $250 processing fee. We purchased on November 18th and the payment processed on November 20th. I wasn't too concerned about it until over 6 weeks has gone by and we still haven't received the User ID and Password. Now that we have been making phone calls and researching this company, we are finding out that this is a scam. I believe I should have this money refunded. I am unable to get anyone on the phone. They do not return phone calls, and all of their numbers are Cell Phones that are listed as unpublished or unavailable on the www.Dexknows.com, reverse directory. I have currently done everything in my power to correct this situation and I believe that I have been ripped off through a very good scam artist. I believe they let just enough people get their service to keep things looking legitimate, but manage to scam most people out of their processing fee, down payment and first months installment, which comes to about $1016 in my case.

I have been trying to get a response from this company since December 10th, 2009. I have left messages at all phone numbers listed in the agreement and I have not received any return phone calls. The only number that a person answers is the reservation line and the reps there have told me that I am not in the system and to call corporate. I call that number and get a recording, even though it is during office hours.

The third party billing company (Universal Account Servicing) that processes the monthly installments has stated that she has received complaint concerning this company and the fact that the services are not being provided.

This company operates under the names: Miracle Springs Hotel-Desert Hot Springs, CA, Vacation Paradise Rewards, and Dream Vacation Rewards-Las Vegas, NV.

Additionally, the contract that I signed is incomplete and should be void. I am prepared to take this company to court and to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. Your help is greatly appreciated.

We purchased as well on Dec 12th and were told 2 weeks for our "Welcome Package".  After not receiving anything for a month I emailed the email address on the business card we received ([email protected]), which is checked/managed by Capri (mentioned in the other comment to this post).  after exchanging a couple of emails back and forth I finally just received an email with my username/password.  I was able to successfully log in and search around.  I would contact the email address above and speak with Capri - she should be able to assist.

I too have experienced similar results from this company, although not nearly as bad as you.  We purchased our package from the Las Vegas location, and paid in full so we are not dealing with the monthly installments (we did not buy the full $8000 in condo rewards, we took a smaller package).  Anyway, we purchased it on Nov 23rd with the understanding of having our login & password within 15 days.  Now, I was not told if it was calendar or business days, but both passed.  I did call and got a corporate number in Vegas & spoke with Capri.  I was then given a "guest" login to go in and check out the web site.  A few days later I then received our package in the mail.

Our issue is we were told we could book Disney properties (i.e. ACTUAL DISNEY RESORTS), which I am finding is not the case.  I complained, and wanted to cancel my contract, and one of the owners called me up and apparently is working on getting me a Disney resort.  I am still waiting for that however.

Also, we were told we would get a 2 night stay and 2 airline tickets (no blackout dates) for listening to the presentation.  Well...the airline tickets have blackout dates.  Also, we negotiated a 5 day bahama cruise with 2 more airline tickets as part of our package, which we have not received yet.

So, I think the company is legit, and looking at the web site deals (especially short notice deals), it will pay for itself quickly.  However, they are definitely NOT the most responsive at the corporate level, and definitely has a shifty feel to it.

I hope you have had luck since your post.
