I purchased a custom made wedding dress from
[email protected] back in March for my wedding in May. I had to give them my measurements, request my colour and material preference. When my wedding dress arrived it was made in taffeta when I requested satin. It was also 3 inches too short and was missing the shawl which I paid extra for.
I have since been sending emails back and forth with their customer services and have had to send photos of the dress for them to see the issues. I have had 5 replies now stating that I will be reimbursed the full amount and to give them 5 working days before checking my credit card for the refund. Then I receive other emails stating that they cannot give me a refund or asking for photos when I have sent them photos on numerous occassions since I received the dress. I never get an email response back from the same person, it is always someone different. I have requested a contact number from their complaints department and I have never been given one. This company should be reported to the highest, as I have reviewed numerous complaints online since from other customers. I am still waiting for a full refund and have my doubts that I will ever see it.
