Company does not honor return to a pair of shoes that do not fit even though their online measurement tools indicate that the selected size should fit fine.
After purchase and received, the shoes are too big.
And now I'm stuck with a bigger size shoes. They can only give 30% on the next purchase and won't even let you exchange for another pair with smaller size.
