In July, 2013 my wife made an online purchase of a pair of dance shoes from this company in China and when the shoes were delivered they were found to be substantially shorter than the same size shoe in the U.S. The company's stated policy from their own website says:>>>Mis-shipped products: Once we have confirmed your mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), we will be responsible for item exchange and postage will be on us. You may also return the product and get a full refund including postage<<
Despite meeting all their requirements to file a complaint at their website such as attaching pictures (which compared the shoes with both European and American shoes that were correctly sized), they refused to refund her money or provide a pre-paid shipping label and instead told her to sell the shoe on Ebay while offering only 10 cents on the dollar as a refund - but that the refund had to be a coupon to buy more at their site! When she complained they told her to ship it back at her own expense for a refund which meant that she would have had to pay two sets of shipping costs for a deliberately bad shipment made by this company.
Every method of contacting this company has led to the same response and we can only conclude that this company does business dishonestly, is careless about shipping properly sized goods and is unwilling at every instance to deal respectfully with its' customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this COMPANY or INDVIDIUAL under any of his/their corporate names. The price of their goods is cheap because they do not expect to ever hear from you again since most of us think it is not worth the time or money to pursue redress from them!
