On 4/19/2016, I ordered two pillows from DressLily on line.  One Pillow was sent from Russia, and I have yet to receive the other pillow which is being sent from China.  When I reviewed the pillow I received from Russia, I did not like the quality and wanted to return it.  There was no return address, no contact phone number, only a website, DressLily.com.

 

When I tried to get in touch with the "chat room" they told me that the two order numbers that they furnished me with did not exist and that they were not the correct numbers.  Obviously, they do not want me to get in touch with them.  They just was you to order merchandise from them, and that is the end of it.

 

It is not the $11.12 for the two pillow cases that I am questioning.  the money is minimal.  It is the fact that this company is not reputable and does not want to deal with the public, only receive their money and order merchandise.  I want to go on record that this company is not on the up and up and people should not be scammed by this company as I was.

 

I made this purchase with a credit card and will not dispute the amount, only pay it but it might have been a more expensive purchase and that would have been a loss to me as well.

 

Please note that this company should not be doing business as they are and that people should not do business with them.
