I finally was able to track down the address to this horrible company from China. I went through my Paypal account and was able to get the claim taken care of through them. Thank you Paypal!!
It took about 10 emails and the company trying to force me to keep the horribly crafted dress to get to a resolution.
It's VERY difficult to get a return address to send product back...but here it is:

I hope this helps the many people out there who have had to eat the price of a badly crafted dress. Do not go through a credit card company if you purchase from China, always use Paypal as their fraud resolution center does an exceptional job!
