Not sure who or what kind of a*s is trying to cover up Jeremys BS but NO ROBERT did not get his car from Jeremy.......because this is Robert.  As I had mentioned in previous threads I had to contact a legitamit auto importer and they got me my car. 



Afer many months and a lawyer (Ted Cairns) http://paralegaloffice.net/ I have finally closed this issue and had my funds returned.  Jeremy is still a crook and I have been helping others whom have contacted me who he has ripped off.   They have contacted my lawyer and he has been working with them.



Lets make this Clear...JEREMY STOLE MY MONEY and got cought.  I paid another company to import me a car and it worked out fine.  JEREMY had nothing to do with it. 



I'm sure that the response to these threads is just Jeremy again trying to scam more people into thinking he did nothing wrong.



NO MISTAKE on Roberts part.  Need help with a scam from Jeremy contact Ted and he would greatly help you out.  Nice try Jeremy but I still view these and know you would try again to clear your name.

Just noticed that Jeremy responds to his own BS to cover his a*s.  I can not comment any futher due to the fact that I am presently being represented by a lawyer from Peterborough, Ted Cairns. http://www.managementgroup.net/paralegal_services.html who is taking care of my claim against him. 

I guess myself and the other 20 other people or so on line you ripped off are all just crazy and that Jeremy is a LEGIT auto importer who is being wrongfully done by.  COME ON.  You rip people off plain and simple and it's soon commin to an end.  If anyone thinks we are all crazy feel free to contact our lawyer.  I have given his (Ted Cairns) name to a few others I have been contacted by and he will be representing them as well.  When this happens to one person it's considered a civil suit between a buyer and a seller.  When it happens to more than one person it's a criminal act and charges will follow.  Anyone who has had this happen to them from Jeremy follow the linq above and talk to Ted and he will help you out.

I WILL be posting all information/Proof (ie....Emails, Bank drafts, contact names, dates of payments, Emails to and from the dealer in Japan( whom he said he contacted and didn't), court claims, as soon as this is settled in court this month to prove my claims, and to hopefully keep him from ripping any more people off. 

If anyone wants to know I paid for my car AGAIN through a diffrent importer and they got the car for me no problem with and no excuses.    

Jeremy........How do you still try and sit back and try defending your name when you have so many others making the same claim against you.  YOUR RIGHT.......YOU CAN'T.  You mentioned before you were doing me a favor.....do us all a god dam favor and give us our dam money back.  It's funny that the importer I delt with after you got the car with ease.

If there is anyone out there that has bought a car from this guy/theif and had no problems feel free to open your mouth and let us crazy people know what were doing wrong.

Jeremy Boddy has also completely ripped me off. $13,400 US. I paid him for a Skyline, and he stayed in contact long enough (over 45 days) to shield himself from a PayPal dispute (that could potentially have returned my money) and now is no longer in contact whatsoever. At first, he would respond within hours to any inquiry. He also represents out of country vehicles on his website drifttuners.com as "in stock" as if they are actually at his location.

The reason we paid half was to prevent the sell/dealer in Japan from shipping the car, the car was not legal to import yet under the 15 year rule. If we sent all the funds the dealer would have shipped the car then the car would have been seized at customs because it did not meet the Transport Canada polices being a few months shy of legal. We did you a favor by doing that, and you know that Robert. You have issues clearly. Been doing this business for 6 years so I think we know our stuff. Anyone who is interested in seeing proof that Robert ordered the car and the car was paid by half, wants to see that the date of the TT and the invoice from the dealer and export certificate will clearly see that the car was bought 2 months before it was legal to import. Want the proof email me through Drift tuner's website and I will be glad to show you. Simply put why take the risk to send the dealer all the funds for a car not legal to import yet for it to get seized at customs, we do things the way we do it for a reason.

First off you paid half?? So when you go on ebay or order any products online do you pay half then expect to get the product?? If you want the car pay for it, till then you have a credit of half. Use common sense, it might get you further when buying something.

Where do you people come from? Wake up, so I guess we should ship you half a car?
