Drive Time Sold me a car about 1 month ago that is stalling out and making awful noises whenever you hit the slightest holes and the gas gauge didn't work and the brakes are shot. St. Petersburg Florida
I would like for this company to stand behinds what it sells to the cosumers. I started having problems less than 24 hours after I brought the car. Making the worst noises whenever you hit the smallest bumps and also the car is learching forward whenever you are at traffic lights and stalling out on me. The front breaks are shot and the gas gauge didn't work so I never knew how much gas I had in the vehicle. I have taken this car to Cottman Transmission on 3 different occasions (where their 1-866-387-3724 told me to take it) I waisted so many hours there before they told me that it was the struts. The struts were replaced but the noise only got worse. I spoke to a Terry today 4/21/08 at 1-800-967-8526 ext 3184 who seems to be giving me the run around. I just feel like taking this car back and letting them do what they want to do to me in court. By the way I own a 2004 Dodge Stratus with only 55,000. miles on it. I've even paid out of my own pocket and taken it to Autoway Dodge to have a diagnosis run on it. Still waiting to see if I can have Dodge fix my Dodge. These people should be sued and made to return my monies and my trade in. I'm past frustrated right now.
