DriveandGo Vegas Cars They Sold me a Lemon. Las Vegas Nevada
WARNING, stay AWAY from this company! I went down to drive and go and got a 2004 Chevrolet Venture last Sunday on 3.2.14. Everyone was so nice and helpful (THEY DIDNT HAVE MY MONEY YET) and told me the Van would be mine for 1700.00 down. I agreed but asked about the minor damages that needed to be replaced (RADIO WAS LOCKED AND GLOVE DID NOT CLOSE) they told me to bring it over in the next few days, they needed to call chevy for the code to unlock the radio and they needed to order a larch for the glove, I said okay and took a test drive. The low fuel light was on and I told the guy with me that we should stop for gas but he said no that their "INSURANCE" wowouldn't cover him in the car with a unlicensed driver so we couldn't go to far. We got back and I signed the paperwork and left.
The next day I put in $30.00 in gas and the GAS GAUGE DID NOT MOVE! I called them and they said no big deal bring it in Thursday and they could fix that to. I was on my way to work when the car started overheating and SHUT OFF COMPLETELY. I called them and they sent out two guys to look at it and they said it was the fuel system and they needed to take it back in. I called them later that day and they said it would be ready FRIDAY at 9:00am. I went down FRIDAY at 9:00am and they were just sitting around chatting without even acknowledging me. At 10:20 I asked the guy what was going on and he said they were working on it. I said I was TWO HOURS LATE the day before and WOULD NOT be late to work again and the guy says TAKE THE BUS OR CAB AND I WAS LUCKY THEY WERE NOT CHARGING me to fix it!! I told him I wanted a refund and he says NO REFUNDS ITS YOUR CAR NOW and threatened to CALL THE POLICE ON MEFOR TRESSPASSING if I didnt keep quiet and wait. Then, the car came out I got in and drove off. NOTHING WAS FIXED EXCEPT FOR THE GLOVE BOX and it drove but the FUEL GAUGE WAS STILL BROKE AND THE FUEL GAUGE TOO! I called them AGAIN and they said "YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REPAIRS PERIOUD!" I am not some loser who is angry because I didn't pay a payment or something I HAD THE CAR 2DAYS before I noticed MAJOR PROBLEMS! This is ALL REAL AND TRUE and I will show papaperwork to anyone whos SKEPTIC DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have no doubt whatsoever that everything you said here is absolutely true.
The real questions is whether you bought it "as-is" or did it have a written warranty. It still seems like they could at least help a little but if you bought it 'as-is' you are technically out of luck and they have no legal obligation to fix anything.
I had this happen to me one time and it's discouraging to say the least but I learned from it.
It sucks though!
