On April 27,2015 I went to purchase 2014 Dodge Durango Citidel that was parked right out front of the Dodge New Car facility listed for $19,990 for all shoppers, including myself, who drove past to see. I walked in and spoke with Hector Lopez, Dodge Sales Rep, that I would like to test drive the vehicle, which my wife and I did, and once we returned told sales rep I would like to purchase the vehicle.

At that time, he took my possible trade in to get an estimate. As we awaited the trade-in information,  I was approached by the Dodge Sales Manager, in a very rude manner, he would not sell me the vehicle at the advertised "SENSATIONAL SAVINGS" price of $19,990, but I COULD PURCHASE THE VEHICLE @ $39,000!!!

I was also told to consider a different vehicle if I did not like the price of $39,000. As I continued arguing with the sales manager that I wanted to purchase the 2014 Dodge Durango at price of $19,990 the arguement became hostile. He proceeded to tell me "the refugees, non-american employees, in the detail shop can't read," which somehow was supposed to be my problem? I was given no choice, but to leave the premises.

So lets look at why you are wrong:

1st: "The sales manager aproached me in a very rude manner" The angry goofus Sales Manager lips off the potential customer in a rude manner. Customer did not punch him in the face Customer 1 Sales Manager 0 and Lucky.

If the sales manager had approached the potential customer politely and explained the error, he still would have lost the customer, but with out the nasty Ripoff report.

2nd The customer sticks to his guns and wants the advertised price, 99% sure he would have accepted the error and been on his way if the Sales Manager had been polite and his Vehical was back from the trade in appraisal. But one in your face jerk gets what he dishes back. Again the Sales Manager looses because he has a screaming match in the showroom with a customer. Customer 2 Dumb *** 0

"The refugees in the clean up shop" Thats should be enough to get the Sales Manager Fired. Customer 3 Dumb *** 0 Eddy and Sisco Jeep- Hycleve completly wrong.

I hope Eddy Sisco Jeep- Hycleve isnt a dealer or dealer employee. Some one this bad at understanding customers shouldn't be anywhere near them.

Typical, you must work for Burdick.... How about some accountability? How about sales professionalism? How about respect for employees? How about a solution? Every action they have taken is an admission of guilt...

So someone made a mistake and the price "too good to be true" should stick because you are stamping your feet? You are the rip off not the dealer. You want a 40 k vehicle for half price? Maybe try a KIA.
