Complaint Description:
I have been contacted with support by telephone, and have been having issues with working with the database information for sales. I notified this company each time that she called that I could not get the information to work with my website, as well I did not wish to purchase additional services from them in order to make it work. She insisted that their information would work with paypal, as well interface with google check out. Since I have signed up with this company and purchased their bronze program, I have not been able to utilize any information they have sent me. I have paid this company 199.00 to be apart of a retail dropshipment program, and they have not honored any parts of their guarantee. I did not originally sign up for a trial period, so that 7 day trial period does not apply to me and I want a refund. They are broadcasting on their website that they are certified by you, but yet it comes up that they are not a accredited business by your firm.
Your Desired Resolution:
Their email that they sent stated that I had 7 days in my trial period to be refuned. I did not enter a trial period with this company, It also states that you have a trial period before purchasing, I purchased without a trial period. They guarantee 100 per cent money back guarantee. I want them to honor their guarantee, I will go further with this by filing a suit in the state of Florida
