Well, lets see where to begin. I purchased this companys complete package they offered. $199 for web site with products to sell, Dropshipping, ebay sales. I have had it for about one month now. And just so eveyone will know I have been on Ebay for Five Years so I know all about how Ebay works.

In the first few days every thing went good. Then about tenty to thirty days in, My order is no longer available. I emailed customer support- took them four days to respond. Just to say sorry. Ok I can go with it. I had to notify my customer from Ebay that the product was no longer available and refund the money. Customer not happy. I asked several times about this becasue with the package that I ordered the info is suppose to be updated daily. So when I place items on ebay I look at the amount in stock. They never gave an explanation.

Recently new items are displayed on the web site. So one would think that these items are in stock since they state there are four hundred. This is a high dollar item and one would think that a few would sell in a week not all. I sold the item on Ebay. Put the orderr in. A week goes by and nothing. I send an email inquiring as to status. The company emails me back saying they sent me an email stating the item was out of stock. If the item is out of stock why is it still showing on the web site with 399 in stock. Another problem that has occurred is recently customers are receiving defective product when they sate that the product is new. This makes me look really bad with Ebay.

The company is very hard to reach. No telephone displayed on any web site. It has been very hard and difficult resolving issues with just email. I am not sure that the person reading the emails have had any type of education because even when you spell it out there is always another email back asking off the wall questions? !

I will be asking my Credit Card company to Chargeback the $199 due to not receiving the items promised when I purchased the $199 package.
