Dropshipdesign - Weship2u Sent broken product then tried to charge a restocking fee no customer service LIARS Mill Creek Washington
Please watch out for these people. Here is the sad story of my purchase from them.
I bought a portable tv direct from their web site. It arrived after 3 weeks in a 3'x3'x3' box inside of which was another box 2'x2'x6" which contained the tv. There was no packing material in the box and the inner box was damaged leaving the tv broken. I sent an email asking for an RMA which I received a reply to 5 days later.
I sent the tv back and continued to wait. 14 days after I sent the tv back I received their reply.
To keep things accurate I have pasted our correspondance below:
Dear Customer,
We will contact our warehouse and send the RMA, Please do not send the product we will file claime to the shipping company and will ask the to pick up the package.

This item is not defective. unable to receive a signal from less then 20' from the sender that's how the product was manufactured.
We never had a signal tv come back. Once the plastic packaging is open you can never re sell the item again. It will be useless and we will loose money.

I think I got this wrong. Broken you mean does not work. I will make notes. Please have your customer return it.
Next: (on the same day) inv.d012e8-84328 just to let you know that this item is broken, plaese note so 20% restocking fee will not be charged.
This last emaill was sent to me on October 10th. Since then they have ignored all of my emails, the do not answer their phone or return messages and they HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. I have had to waste time disputing the charge on my credit card and trying to contact these losers.
Everybody out there watch out - dropshipdesign is a scam
