This company is just about the worst to do business with and Paypal will not help where these people are concerned. They are responsible for getting my Ebay account shut down because of their antics!

A customer ordered a Playstation 3 for his son for Christmas and they ship him an Xbox 360. They instruct me to have the customer return the system for an exchange but indicate that they will not have it to him on time. The customer was visibly irate and said that he would refuse shipment if it came after the holidays. I relayed this to them and they claimed that they were still processing the order.

I opened up a dispute via Paypal which they responded to by threatening to shut down my account because I did not use their ticketing system. They kept saying that the item had to be sent back to their warehouse and it was being processed. Before I knew anything else, Paypal had closed the ticket because they said I didn't respond in a timely manner (yea, right).

Now, Paypal will not re-open the ticket, DropshiponAuction will not respond to any of my emails or tickets on their website and they have not refunded me any money. Meanwhile, the customer filed a chargeback with his credit card company and they have deducted the amount from my Paypal account!

These people are getting away with murder. They now have the game system and the money to go along with it! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and take them to small claims court if necessary.

My impression from reading this post is that the customer is the one ripping you off. Since they have not paid for the system and are keeping it, they are stealing from you. Also, Paypal has handled all the transactions, so any refund should be sought from Paypal. That said, I believe it is unfair to make a "Ripoff Report" about this company based solely on the fact that they can't control Paypal, can't make the customer send the system back, and don't answer their emails.
