I filed the "Dropout" report from Cabot recently. After calling the Pleasantville, N.J. (Dropzone's location) Sheriff's Dept. on the 17th and leaving a message in a detective's voicemail complaining of Dropzone's lack of communications with me I received an e-mail from Dropzone saying my package was on the way. Whether the detective called them or not I do not know - it may have been a coincidence. Today, I received my order from Dropzone via USPS Priority Mail. My order, four pair of pants, were all that I'd hoped, very good quality. And so at this point Dropzone can only be critiqued on their lack of communications with their customers. As many ripoffs that DO occur on the web it is crucial, in my opinion, that a company stay well connected to their customers, most honest businesses do. I sent this update so that my first complaint would not leave a reader thinking that it was the end of the story.
