DRS Data Recovery Services Possible scam so beware and avoid. Nationwide
I filled out the 24/7 emergency services request, which states that someone would be in touch immediately. After 2 hrs I still had not been contacted. When I called to inquire why I had not been contacted, the employee hung up on me twice. When I called again, another person answered and said they couldn’t provide iPhone recovery services yet their website has an entire page dedicated to iPhone recovery services. I subsequently read another terrible online review stating this company kept a substantial amount of money after not being able to provide data recovery services on their laptop and that this company was a scam.
