  So I bought special boxed stones limited number in September 2011 and now its Nov 2011 and not a thing received. I bought a Ring early October still not received anything. I bought gems early October still not received anything.
  All my pruchases have been charged. They have the money.
I called for over a week every day not any answer, finally after over a week of calling and waiting over 1 hour I got a live person rep and she proceded to tell me they had credit card problem and there were delays with the shipments on special items and delivery would come starting Nov 14 like 8 weeks after purchase.
  History I have bought for over 5 years from DSN and I have had my issues, I got alot of good stuff and alot of junk. I sent back alot and had them do some repairs. I bought stuff for Holidays thankgiving and Christmas and did not get item until Easter.
  Ever since Lauren Blair left the channel has gone to the dogs. I believe she left because of the shinnagins that Art the owner is pulling. I suggest you dont buy from them unless you are an experienced gem person and have money to burn. You have to analyze ever purchase and know your stone. Use you DVR to record you purchases so you have the order numbers and you can bombard them thru the net. They do respond on the net sooner or later.

I really had a DSN purchase I bought for $3,800 and it appraised by a famous person for $75,000 it really was a 18.15 Cuprian Eilabate "Copper Bearing Tourmaline.
