This TV Jewelry Network shows and sells one thing, and ships another out to you. We asked for specifically if the ring shown would be the one we received and DSN's customer service said yes. We even asked to make sure the ring size was correct. We were given the option of a 30 day money back guarantee if we chose not to keep the item.

Nearly a month later the item arrived, NOT the one we were expecting. So, we called customer service, told them we would be returning the item. "No problem," we were told, "there will be no service charge or restocking fees."

DSN's customer service confirmed receipt of the ring on 2/20/09. As of 3/27/09 they have still not refunded our credit card. I've call several times only to be told it takes 30 days. Um, can they count? It's well over 30 days.

Also, reading over DSN's written invoice it says "your credit will be issued to your card on the day your return is processed." I expect them to not only issue my credit, but to also cover the interest charges.

Trusting this TV Jeweler has been a very expensive mistake. And two days ago they were selling the same ring, yet again as a "one only" for $600.00 less.

Consumers need to be warned! There are plenty of genuine shopping networks to choose from.....don't chose DSN!

Just an update....after our credit card company went after DSN, the company finally credited our account. Nearly 3 months after the original purchase date. It would have been an expensive lesson in the interest alone, if Chase Bank had not stepped in and reversed the charges. I don't know how long it would have taken if not for my bank.
