I ordered a DEA logo cap as a gift for my law enforcement husband who collects caps from different agencies. The total came to $13.99 US, the amount was taken off my credit card right away and I have not received the order since and the order was place on November 13th 2012.

I have since written 3 emails and have not gotten any response.  I was not able to get through to them, when you call it is a voice mail recorded answer with no company identification, seems to voice mail for a home telephone number.

I was unable to leave a message as the line got cut.  I was calling from Canada, so I doubt they would even bother to call back anyhow.  I am hesitant to call back a 3rd time to leave a number as I feel they already have a lot of private information.

One thing I am glad of is the fact that I always pay with prepaid credit cards.  I once had my personal credit card used fraudulently and it was a lot of trouble to fix with the credit agency so I now only use prepaid cards.  What makes me angry is the fact I am under treatment for cancer, so this is a lot of energy spent on people who have no shame and secondly I ordered this ahead of time as it was to be one of my husband's Christmas stocking stuffers.

For shame DT Distributors, for shame

It is true, DT Distributors is a fake and a fraud.  You wrote me an email suggesting that I remove what I wrote and that you would send me the item I ordered and payed for December 10, 2012.....

Well, it's months later since that proposal and I have yet to receive anything.  You did not even bother confirming my adress with me nor did you even confirm the order number which I still do have.

I feel it's fair game to advise you that I will keep answering back to your rebuttals because I don't want other people to be defrauded like I was.  You have nothing to sell nor do you keep your word.

You claim I am not a true customer, well yes I am, it's been two years, I have written you several emails, the only time you responded, you said you'd get back to me.  I even called the phone number that was listed, it was a residential number (my husband works for the Montreal Police Department) and the lady who answered said she'd get back to me and again nothing.

It's been two years, so if you have cleaned up your act, why am I still waiting for my order?  When I ordered 2 years ago, I was sick with breast cancer, I could not go out to shop and I wanted to add an DEA logo hat to my husband's gifts, which I ordered Nov 13 2013 (if you want the order no. I'd be glad to give it to you via email) so I could get this early before Christmas and you never sent it to me.  You took the money from my credit card (I still have the invoice from my credit card).  I got a tracking number and you never bothered sending the cap.  I called US postal service and Canada post and they had no record of the cap ever being mailed.  My husband searched you in a police database and you are a fraudulent company with many complaints.  So do not dare say I am not a true customer.  

As mentionned, I emailed and called and all I got was we'll get back to you!  If you have cleaned up your act, contact me via my email, which you have and I will gladly retract my posts here.  In the mean time, I surely will not and buyer bewared, this company will take your money from your credit card, however you will never see your merchandise!
