Have done business with this company several times in the past two years. Never had a problem until this order. I never had a reason to try and contact the company before this order and can not believe the lack of customer service.
Called them 5 times in four days, left a message the lastthree times with each message becoming stronger in verbiage. No reply at all. Sent three emails to them none have come back undeliverable, but none have been answered yet ether.
At this time I recommend that everyone avoid this company. Just wished I looked them up before now.

Less than 24 hours after posting my report; I was contacted by Kate. Here is her reply.
I will continue to post updates. Ron, Oh no the factory shows they shipped all four box, but I looked at the UPS tracking and the weight is not right. The package is equal to waht you say and thats one box. I will notidy them and see what th ehold up is. If they ar eon backorder I will issue a refund. Very disappointed in NIK.
