Dtv2009.gov riopoff by Federal Government re: converter boxes for tvs Washington DC District of Columbia
I applied for two copons from dtv2009.gov and never received them. I appealed the decision but they refuse to send me replacements for what they never sent.
Beware, it is all a scam to have you pay full price for a converter for your tv.
