Complaint Review: Dudley chiropractic - Jacksonville North Carolina

I don’t know where these people get their information!! But most of it is incorrect. For example there was a Dr. John Dudley and his office was at 260 Memorial Dr. Jacksonville, NC.  The address and phone number is correct But he was Dr. John Jay Dudley and NOT Dr. John Paul Dudley. And his business was known as Onslow Chiropractic and NOT Dudley Chiropractic.

Dr. John Jay Dudley was a personal friend of mine and I’ve known him since 1972 when he finished college and moved back to Jacksonville to take over his fathers Chiropractic business. John NEVER lived in Utah or in Mooresville, NC. He practiced his whole career in Jacksonville till his death in Aug. 2009.

Now to the person who wrote this report and I hope you read this comment. I commend you for trying to expose a scum bag who may be praying on the public he has taken an oath to serve. But you need to be sure you have the right person when posting anything on the internet that can be viewed by millions of people. You just succeeded in ruining the good reputation of a great man with your reckless accusations.

Dr. John Jay Dudley was one of the finest people I ever knew. He would give you the shirt right off his back. If you needed his services and couldn’t pay, no problem, you could pay if and when you could pay. He would never deny a person treatment because they were short on money. In the summer every weekend we would take our boats to our favorite beach. There we would have a cookout for our family, friends or anyone who failed to bring any food. There was always a hotdog, hamburger or chicken available to anyone who was hungry. On more than one occasion I saw him work on someone’s back because they were in pain and never accepted a penny. It made no difference if you were a friend or stranger.

I would venture to say that most people who knew John didn’t know his middle name or initial. So when they read your post they will think this is the same man in your report. Like I said before, you just ruined an innocent mans reputation with your irresponsible reckless post. I’m going to suggest that his wife, brother and sister get a court order to find out who you are and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.

Dr John Jay Dudley was a dear family friend who passed away in Jacksonville North Carolina in 2009 and never practiced in Utah.  His obituary can be found here: http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/jdnews/obituary.aspx?n=john-jay-dudley&pid=131501353 .  The person who had lost his liscense in Utah was John Paul Dudley.  His liscense was revoked in 2012, 3 years after my friends passing.  A record of this can be seen here: http://www.dopl.utah.gov/orders/2010-6_SO_2012-02-21.pdf .  The same person who made this false report also made an accusation against another Chiropractor named John Dudley from Mooresville NC here: http://www.ratemds.com/doctor-ratings/947762/Dr-John+P.-Dudley-MOORESVILLE-NC.html .  I'm surprised and saddened at how easy it is for someone to slander the good name of a man who was a a good family friend, and pillar of my hometown.  Rest in peace, John.  And to the origonal poster, learn how to spell.  It looks like an 8 year-old wrote that report.
