You are treading on VERY thin ice Ms.Ryan. Everything you have said in the past and in the present about me, I have proof that you are a liar. I have never lied and I have proof. Can you prove that? I do not think so. You accuse me and every one of your victims of slander, libel and defamation of your character. We are so sick of your acquisitions. You keep pushing me. You will be sorry in a court of law. Everything you have accused me of I have the opposite in your own words and I have copies. You had better be VERY sure of what you are accusing me of.. You accuse me of writing all these complaints against you and you business. I love that I can say it is not true. Please check I would love it. This web sight checks to see if it is from the same person, if it is not or it would not be on this site. SORRY! I noticed that your daughter is now in the lime light. If you did not want her there why is she writing checks from her personal account to pay back lawsuits that you have lost to your victims from Duir Designs. This is a secure link and you will not see it until you have been given access. In addition, as is widely known in this area, these records past and present have been widely spread and have been common knowledge for years. As to the financial filings in the past two years, the circumstances of the projects that we and so many other trades and builders for the two most controversial projects we have done, of the owners not paying and honoring their obligations; I cannot think of anyone in these economic times that would not suffer if they were not paid for their work. With that said, all documents from all sites mentioned in this individual's postings are available through us, along with all of the facts of the entire issue and not just the filings. For example, this individual finally lists her true location in Grand Junction, although her multiple accounts are set up (look at the location, not the author title when you see the report on the main page. The Author is a different signature. The locatin is where the individual set the account up in order to get multiple accounts) as "Glenwood Springs, Louisiana", "Glenwood Springs, Florida", "Glenwood Springs, Arkansas", Glenwood Springs, Texas". Now that she has done this, and also mentions her own litigation, it is appropriate to show the information she is not disclosing. Unlike this individual, we do not need to wordsmith our content as she has done in literally all of these postings. As you will see below (also factually if you wish to view the documents), it is a pattern of behavior for her. Here is the shortened version, the rest is available for viewing: We bought goods from this individual. Aprx. 1/2 of the order arrived great. When we refused to pay for the broken goods, missing parts, incorrect items, inferior items that had been substituted in some cases, we endured her wrath for a number of months (and yes, we did not lie down for that and did respond---it's all available for viewing). She then filed civil action. We proceeded forward each with counsel. When it was apparent we would countersue, she was forced into mediation. It came to light, in mediation, that in her filing, she had listed a number of individuals and had done so by misrepresenting them. (2) happened to be obvious due to their authority that would never allow for civil testifying and the majority of others and all that we bothered to contact, in checking directly with them afterwards, had no idea they had been used by her in this filing. Thanks to the sharp eye of the authority present at mediation and the resulting "encouragement" by her lawyer, she settled (not won, not lost, settled) for what was truly owed and as I had gotten the documentation of what I wanted and our voice heard on her performance in sales and her goods, we settled for the amount owe. Not the inflated amounts asked for. It was the opinion of both lawyers that she walked away feeling as though she had "lost". I am actually glad to hear she now considers it a win. Maybe she can get on with her life now. As to our comments in our rebuttals, we do not consider them negative or directing toward negative aspects. Again, all past and present aspects of personal and business life have been common knowledge state wide (in one instance, simply by it's public nature, nationwide) for the entire past 19 years. Anyone needs a refresher, we have that available to you. And no, Honest American in Grand Junction, Colorado, we do not give you secure access as we were and remain grateful to have walked out the door when done with you in litigation. As to my age: I was actually 21, not 23 and the statement is that I have been in the industry that long. Actually, I was pretty much exposed to it all of my life as I had a parent who bought and sold commercial real estate that we would fix up and then sell. As to investigator and investigation, as the site says: "sue the individual, not the site". There is the ability, with certain content, to have both federal and state intervention. In this case for (2) of this individuals postings, we have that ability due to over the top content. I encourage anyone who is a victim of an individual, not a site, who has a true content to be protected from, to go to ic3.gov and begin the process. The other obvious factor here is her content and the attempts to hide fully truthful, factual content she is posting by covering it up to look like it is coming from multiple people. There are portions of content that can be tied into the factual technical data obtained. This is the final rebuttal to this individual and we would like to thank her for giving us the ability to verify how access to full truth can be obtained. Again, thanks to so many of you that have simply looked at the obvious over the top content of all of these postings, called or stopped by to ask for verification, been given it and satisfied yourself to a feeling of comfort level with the whole mess. You also say it will reveal the other side to the issue and true facts. Please readers review the court sites. What you will find are countless lawsuits against Shawnee and Duir Designs with the true facts, unless of course the judicial system has chosen her to pick on her. You also state in your rebuttal, rebuttals to call you for what is missing in the posting. I can tell you right now, what is missing your lies and deceit that is what is missing. Hum, let us see. I as a consumer could get on the court web sites and see for my self all the lawsuits you have against you right now and in the past or I could call you for the truth. You also state in the rebuttal that you have 29 years of experience. 29 years ago, you were 23. What business did you own? You also state that an investigation reveals' one individual making all the reports. What investigation Shawnee? Where did you get the information? Personal information on the Ripoff Report web site is confidential. Here you go again guessing or just trying to keep your head above water would be my guess. You also state in the rebuttal that people are signing from different states that you have never worked in. Again, you make no sense. Some of your victims do have homes in other states this is true. Maybe that is what you are talking about. Or are you trying to fool people once again? This story does get quite unbelievable. But you couldn't make this stuff up. Maybe we should write a book. It would be a best seller. I myself have talked with 20+ of her victims personally. Unbelievable storieswith proof. There is no comment in my rebuttal to Shawnee or about Shawnee that does not have factual data to back them up. I sued her and won. She told past victims of hers that she won and called me a liar. I think Shawnee slandered me calling me a liar and I have witnesses and e-mails to prove it. My factual data is a signed judgment from Shawnee and a copy of her check to me. I do love this Ripoff Reports Web site. It finally gives Shawnee's and Duir Design's victims a place to tell their story and warn people of her method of operation.

Investigation reveals that it appears one individual has originated one Glenwood Springs Colorado report on the 10th of April. Subsequent posts by same individual appear to be made in order for their to appear as multiple individuals. Acct. origins for (3) more postings reveal the author signing as from Glenwood Springs, Colorado but using the locations of their origin as Glenwood Springs, Arkansas, Glenwood Springs, Texas, Glenwood Springs Louisiana. This appears to give (4) of these reports as origin from the same individual as not only are there no jobs ever performed with the parameters the content states, we have never worked in these other locations (or) had clients in any of these other locations.
