If you pay for a service and do not receive the full service it is a rip-off. Try to become a private investor with Bobby OR Barry OR whatever name he uses with DUKE and give him a number for him to call and set you up and see what happens. He has made false statements regarding his website, his picks, and other arrangements. He has given me 800.877.3387, 410.602.0145, and 410.916.9339 as numbers to reach him for picks when I asked to be e-mailed daily with his choices I get told one thing after another. If he was an honest business he would not require you to wire transfer funds in the first place. He gave me a pick for a game and told me to bet enough to pay him more for the next picks after I had already paid. I never agreed to pay him any more and he keeps calling and threatening to charge my phone or send collectors. This guy is a dishonest wise guy, beware!!!

And tried the buy it button for several different pick plans. In every instance, I was given the option of credit, debit, paypal or e-check. Why would you wire money instead of using a credit card that could be disputed? It sounds like it's marketing to try and get you to purchase a bigger package. If there's more to this story, please update us. Threats? Elaborate. If you paid for a service, and rec'd that service, there's no rip off. Yes, marketer's can be annoying, but we really need more to go on than he (they) continue to try and sell you more.
