I hires Dustin to build a two car, one bedroom addtion along with replacing the roof onto my home for $21,000. I got a roof installed, windows replace in my home, a half installed tankless hot water heater and a footing for the addtion. I paid out over $23,000 to him and the garage and room addtion is still not complete. At last I saw him I gave him $4,000 in addtion to the $23,000 I had already paid him for concrete work to be completed. Suposedly he had already bought all of the rest of the materials to complete the project minus forgetting to estimate the cost of the foundation. The stem wall was put in and I never heard from him again. He did not pay any of the sub contractors. I am out the $4000 I paid him plus all the materials I thought were paid for. Plus I had to pay all the concrete people $6,000 to finish the foundation. Now I have to hire another contractor to complete the structure. In addtion he:
- Had an inapropriet sexual expierance with my maid
- Stole the contract out of my office we had together so I couldn't take him to court
- Took pictures of my financial files and gave them to my ex wife. She is now sueing me for more child support.
- Did not pay the sub contractors
- Stole $4000.00
- Sold me 2 garage door openers then took one to another project and never replaced it
- Was paid in full to install a tankless hot water heater and never ran the pipes.
- My daughters nook stollen from my home and never replaced
- Most of his sub contractors were on drugs
