I bought two sponsons from Tom in the spring of 2010 for a floating platform that I was building. Once I had the opportunity to inflate the sponsons, I noticed one went down overnight. An inspection of the sponsos showed that the bottom seam leaked in a number of places. I tried to contact Dux Boats a number of times by phone, leaving a message each time. After weeks of no reply, I tried to contact Tom by e-mail with no luck. In my messages, I wasn't asking to be reimburesed, I just wanted to have material sent to me that would allow me to fix the leaks myself.
After no action, I decided to file a ripoff report.
Tom, if you read this, feel free to ship the material to me...you should have my address.

Hi Jeremy
I remember you very well. If you were calling True NOrth Dux we never got your message and I have not seen any e-mails from you recently asking for help again. Please call the phone number on the website www.duxboats.com. I do believe you were the the person who wanted tubes only to make your own special custom float. We are here to help so please call.
Thank you
Jeremy

Tom ended up getting back to me about my sponson issues. After a few email exchanges, he sent my the materials needed to keep my sponson from leaking.
