Sir, if you did not, in all honesty, receive a refund from us, then please e-mail us with your account details etc. We will be all too pleased to look into your complaint and see if we can come to some compromise. We are not in the business of ripping people off in any respect whatsoever. In fact, the only subject of our 'dis'respect are the global movie distributers that tell us when and when we cannot watch movies. Our only goal is to have the public's DVD equipment made region free and watch films from all over the world, period. I don't want to rant and rave here about the injustices of this worldwide network of free trade restrictions, but it really is of concern to us.
