I bought a DVD ripper software from www.dvdtox.com on the 16 th of January. They wrote that I could get money back within 30 days if I was not happy about the software.

I tried it and did not like it. So I followed their return policy, and forwarded the reciept to them in a mail, explaining why I wanted a refund.

I have had correspondence with them via their website. They keep writing to me that they want to help me with my "software problem" - but I just like the software and just want to have a refund. But they keep on stalling time with lousy anwsers. Here is the Whole correspondence, which I have pasted to you here:

I have mailed you the recipept twice now, explaining why I want a refund - and you are just stalling time. You will give me my refund now or I my lawyer will contact yours asap. Besides, please could you provide us the settings of software(say, the output profile, the settings, the crop settings)?Of course, if you can provide us with the settings of your computer(say, anti-spy software, anti-virus software, visa or XP), that will be of great help.
