Deandre Roche married my mom sometime in 2004. We knew nothing of her being in a relationship, she just showed up at my job with this man claiming to be married. He claimed to be a sports agent, a retired baseball player, and a lawyer. He told us that his mother (who was a federal judge) was murdered (along with his sister) at their house in Atlanta because of a case she was working on. My mom was living in the house that I was buying (alone). During this time she was not making the mortgage payments which were three months behind. Deandre promised me that his secretary would write a check to make up for the payments. That never happened. My mom took vacation to go visit him for two weeks where she they stayed with a friend. He didn't even have a residence. She took pictures at various sites and he is not in any one of them. She was so sick when she returned from the trip that my aunt took her straight to the emergency room from the airport. Since then I have moved back into my home but I still receive mail for Dwayne Keith Gardner and Gardner Management Co. I have seen this man twice but my mom has not heard from him in years. She would not talk about what happened between them. She claim to have divorced him. I have not seen a marriage license or divorce papers. She passed away this past November. I live in fear that someone will come to my house to look for him. He does not live at the address listed for Monroe, La. I would like to find this man and slap his face after I curse him out!!!

The authorities in TN just got him from NC after he was apprehended in Raleigh, NC over Thanksgiving 2010. Unless we help them build a compelling case to keep him locked up he will be released AGAIN.
File a report of Bigamy or whatever you can with your local authorities ASAP as his sentence is due to expire the end of Dec 2010. this man is jail in Nashville Tennessee he went to jail in June 2009 he is being held for A violation of parole. he was living with me, waiting for his grandfather's ESTATE MONEY to come through. in the mean time he was leaving Nashville to go to Florida. to talk to his "mother" the federal judge who was in charge of the ESTATE this was A violation his parole, Everything that this man tells is A lie his whole life is a lie, he has told this lie so long he believes it himself he was arrested in Florida, he married someone in La. left there to AGAIN TO CHECK ON HIS GRANDFATHER'S ESTATE.
