I was trying to re-establish my credit after going thru a lot of financial problems. I applied to several unsecured credit cards. I received a call on July 3, 2003 stating that I would be able get a $2,500 line of credit. They had all of my information when they called. I thought this sounded great and they told me that they would UPS me the card so that I wouldn't have to wait. They would need for me to put $296. in my checking account for the 31st of the month so that I would never have to pay any fees.

They told me if I couldn't afford to do this that I could do a cash advance off the credit card and put the cash in my account. This sounded great. I then proceeded with the Shara at X8774 who told me that I could call and change the date that they with draw if the money wouldn't be available until Aug 31, 2003. I then was passed on to a gentlemen to put through all of my bank information. I then got nervous after hanging up the phone and went on line in a search for the company. That's when I found this rip off reports and stories of how they ripped others off too.

I called my bank and they told me I could put a stop payment on the account for the amount that they were going to withdraw or I could close my checking account. I am closing the checking account and will be calling from my phone at work on a recorded line to try to help others who are also being taken for money that they really can't afford to lose. I don't know about everyone else but this has not helped my financial situation for the better. I would like to see someone actually catch these people and put them where they belong.
