Dynamic Mortgage Solutions Joelle Addante Violated SB 1130 by charging fee up front for mortgage modification and not performing Phoenix, Arizona
Joelle Addante, doing business as Dynamic Mortgage Solutions violated a Arizona state law by charging a fee of $2,150 up font for a mortgage modification. Ms Addante stated that she would get me modified and that the average time frame was three months.
Joelle Addante has not performed. She has closed their office and my file with the Lender has been closed as a result of them not providing documentation.
I was 37 days in default on my mortgage when I entered into an Agreement with Joelle Addante. She assured me that she would be successful in getting a modification approved by my Lender. I am now 7 months in arrearage and have an impending Trustee Sale date.
The last update I received from Joelle Addante was last week that she was out of town visiting her mother.
In spite of leaving frantic, urgent, daily messages for help, she typically does not respond.
Joelle Addante ripped me off for $2,150 up-front by promising to get my mortgage modified only to have my file closed by the Lender because documents I transmitted to Joelle Addante were not provided to the Lender!
