Dynamic Recovery Solutions 'Vulture' Collection Agency Internet
These are collectors who are VULTURES who prey on people to try to get them to repay OLD debts and not even hired by original creditors (which are now not even in business - First Card)
This was a credit card that was transferred to another card and paid off in 2006, however, they continue to call me off and on or sell the debt to someone else and try to collect. This is wrong in so many ways, first they don't tell me WHO they are they just say its to collect a debt and that the call is being recorded. Sometimes the call is a computerized machine andn wants to know if I am so and so if NOT hang up and I do.
I know my rights you cannot collect on a debt that has allready been paid and also the statue of limitations of these collections is 4 years in Texas and they have been harrassing me since 2006.
