This is pankaj shukla form New Delhi, i was employee there but they did not pay my two month salary. They stolen much of employee money in his account i know some of them(1)Pankaj(2)Manoj kumar(3)ashish namdev(4)Gaurav(5)bhabya(6)Amit kumar(7)Sharad kumar etc. His HR Mr. Ashu suri is also a cheaper parson and help him to stolen employee salary.

Yes, we laid off 8 employees out of 48 in 3 years...employees who went against the terms of the contract signed by them. This gentleman in particular was not even a regular employee. He was in the probation period. And he went against the terms with his performance and behavior.

Let it be known that we have filed a complaint againt him with the local police station and submitted the necessary documents to them.

Be advised that before you state anything, you will need documents to back it. Just stating that he hadnt been paid is not enough.

And if these statements are true, then why dont they go to the authorities and complain and take action against us. Indian law is very strict in these respects...especially if there are so many of them together.

here is a copy of the termination terms in the agreement signed by all employees...


Termination of Employment / Service:

The company may terminate your service any time without notice during your probation period, if there is misalignment between your and our value system and culture as defined in this document above, and if this misalignment affects either the internal working and performance or the image of our brands/ organization/ group. After the probation period, after you are absorbed as a regular employee, One month prior notice or payment in lieu thereof will be necessary.

1. During the continuance of our employment or at any point of time thereafter, you shall not discuss, divulge or communicate by word of mouth or otherwise to any person(s) whatsoever, any information of a secret or confidential nature entrusted to you or coming to your knowledge, relating to the trade or business of the company or of any group companies or any of its customers or to the methods, process, appliance used by them or to any experiments made by them or any of them or by any person in their employment or relating to the prices paid or charged by or the customer of the company or its group companies, or administrative/ organizational matters of the company which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of being an employee of the company or any such other information, the disclosure of which in the opinion of the company, is likely to be prejudicial to the interests of the company.

2. If at any time, you are found guilty of misconduct, commit any breach this contract of employment or refuse or willfully neglect to perform to the satisfaction of the company or any of the sister/ group companies in connection with whose business you may be engaged, all or any of the duties devolving upon you, the company may at once, without any previous notice, terminate the contract of your employment solely at your cost, risk and responsibility.

3. You are required to deal with the company's money, material and documents with utmost honesty and professional ethics. If you are found guilty, at any point of time of moral turpitude or of dishonesty in dealing with the company's money, material or documents or theft of any information or misappropriation regardless of the value involved, your services would be terminated with immediate effect notwithstanding other terms and conditions mentioned in the appointment letter.

4. The Above agreement is subject to a probation period of 3 months. On the successful completion of probation period, you would be absorbed as a regular employee of the organization.

5. During your probation period, if for any reason, you want to discontinue your employment with us, you will be required to give one months notice in writing failing which you will have to pay us an amount equivalent to your one month's salary. After your probation period, one month advance notice will be mandatory, failing which we will initiate legal action against you for damages and recovery of dues.

6. You will be required to report without fail everyday and give him a work report every evening with exact details of the work that was done by you during the day and the exact status of the work. Please note that this is mandatory and you will be solely responsible for the daily reports. Note that you will have to sign the report log everyday before you leave the office. Any lapse of this rule will mean breach of the employment agreement.

As early as one year ago Raj Lonsane could not pay his hosting fees at olm.net. He called and left vile voice mail here today and called a client to state that I made up this report about his employees being robbed for work, labor and services. PLEASE LET EVERYONE WHOM RAJ STOLE FROM POST THEIR COMMENTS HERE TOO! I do not know you and I never spoke with anyone from Mindware Software Solutions, (P), Ltd. which is a bankrupt company. My Mother passed away partly from the stress of having sent moneys to Raj which my parents believed was to help my cause in beooming a partner with this loser. Any and all business he ever got on the books came solely from me and my business!
